Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

1. Scope and Definitions

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable individual. 4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, web beacons, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, prevent fraud, provide analytics, and support advertising.

4.1 Categories of Technologies

· Essential technologies: necessary for core Site functions, security, shopping cart, checkout, payment processing, and account access.

· Functional technologies: used to remember choices and improve convenience and personalization.

· Analytics technologies: used to understand traffic, Site usage, and performance, including Google Analytics.

· Advertising technologies: used to measure campaigns, build audiences, and display or personalize advertising, including Meta/Facebook Pixel.

4.2 Your Cookie Choices

You may manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through the Site’s cookie banner or cookie preference tool. Blocking certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Site. Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies and similar technologies will be used only after the required consent has been obtained.

Your browser may also support privacy preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. Where required by applicable law and supported by our systems, we will process recognized preference signals as a request to opt out of applicable data sharing or targeted advertising activities.

5. Analytics and Advertising Services

5.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the Site, measure traffic and engagement, and improve the Services. Google may collect information through cookies and similar technologies and process that information according to its own privacy practices. You can limit Google Analytics through browser controls, cookie preferences, or Google’s available opt-out tools.

5.2 Meta/Facebook Pixel

We use Meta/Facebook Pixel and related Meta technologies to measure advertising performance, understand actions taken after viewing an advertisement, create advertising audiences, and provide or personalize advertisements on Meta services such as Facebook and Instagram. Meta may process information under its own privacy terms. You may manage advertising preferences through your Meta account and, where available, through our cookie or privacy preference tools.

5.3 Shopify and Shopify Network Services

The Site is hosted and powered by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide ecommerce, payment, security, analytics, personalization, and related platform services. Depending on our Shopify settings and the features enabled, Shopify may process customer information across merchants to provide enhanced services. You may review Shopify’s consumer privacy information through Shopify’s official privacy portal.

6. Marketing Communications

We may use Shopify Email to send product news, offers, and other promotional communications. Where required, we will obtain consent before sending marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link in a promotional email or contacting us at Marketing@vstled.com. Unsubscribing from promotional emails will not prevent us from sending non-promotional messages relating to your orders, account, transactions, security, or customer service requests.

7. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

· Shopify and Shopify-affiliated service providers that host and operate the ecommerce platform.

· Shopify Payments, banks, card networks, and payment service providers that process transactions.

· Shipping carriers, warehouses, fulfillment providers, customs brokers, and delivery partners.

· Analytics, advertising, and marketing partners, including Google and Meta.

· Email and communications providers, including Shopify Email.

· Cloud hosting, information technology, security, fraud prevention, customer support, and professional service providers.

· Government authorities, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law.

· Parties to a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own independent purposes except as described in this Privacy Policy, with your direction or consent, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

8. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. However, certain privacy laws may define "sale," "sharing," "targeted advertising," or "cross-context behavioral advertising" broadly enough to include the use of advertising cookies, pixels, or similar technologies that disclose identifiers or online activity to advertising partners such as Meta.

Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of these activities, you may exercise that right through the Site’s data sharing opt-out page, cookie preference tool, a recognized privacy preference signal, or by contacting us at Marketing@vstled.com. We will not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age for targeted advertising purposes.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and complying with legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the nature of our relationship with you, operational requirements, and applicable law.

When personal information is no longer required, we may delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it from further use, subject to legal and technical limitations.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These safeguards may include access controls, encryption in transit where supported, secure payment processing, monitoring, and service provider controls.

No security method or transmission over the Internet is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

11. International Data Transfers

VST Global LLC and our service providers may process or store personal information in the United States, Canada, and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. As a result, personal information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or government authorities in accordance with applicable law.

For Canadian customers, this means that personal information may be transferred outside Canada for processing. We remain responsible for personal information under our control and use contractual, organizational, and other measures designed to provide an appropriate level of protection when information is processed by service providers.

12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you reside and subject to applicable law, you may have some or all of the following rights:

· The right to know or request information about the personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share.

· The right to request access to personal information we hold about you.

· The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.

· The right to request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.

· The right to obtain a portable copy of certain personal information.

· The right to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities.

· The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

· The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising an applicable privacy right.

· The right to appeal a decision regarding a privacy request where applicable law provides such a right.

12.1 Submitting a Request

To submit a privacy request, email Marketing@vstled.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Please describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant account or transaction. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will use information provided for verification only for that purpose.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where permitted by law. We may require proof of the agent’s authority and may need to verify your identity directly. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

13. United States Privacy Notice

This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy for residents of U.S. states that provide specific consumer privacy rights. These rights apply only to the extent the relevant law applies to VST Global LLC and to the personal information at issue.

13.1 Categories of Personal Information

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers; customer records; commercial information; Internet or electronic network activity; approximate geolocation; audio, electronic, visual, or similar information you voluntarily provide; and inferences relating to preferences or likely interests. The sources, business purposes, and recipient categories are described in Sections 2, 3, and 7 of this Privacy Policy.

13.2 California Notice

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, subject to applicable law and exceptions. We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising technologies may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. Where applicable, you may opt out through the Site’s privacy controls or by contacting us.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a separate right to limit under California law. We do not discriminate against consumers for exercising privacy rights. California’s "Shine the Light" law may provide certain customers with rights regarding disclosure of personal information for third parties’ direct marketing; we do not disclose personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without consent.

13.3 Other U.S. State Rights

Residents of other states may have similar rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. Where applicable, requests may be submitted using the process in Section 12.1. If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing Marketing@vstled.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal."

14. Canadian Privacy Notice

For customers in Canada, VST Global LLC handles personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where it applies, and any applicable substantially similar provincial privacy laws.

14.1 Accountability and Purposes

We are responsible for personal information under our control. We identify the purposes for collecting personal information at or before the time of collection and limit collection, use, disclosure, and retention to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable law.

14.2 Consent

We obtain consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information where required. The form of consent may vary depending on the sensitivity of the information and the reasonable expectations of the individual. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide certain Services.

14.3 Access and Correction

Canadian customers may request access to personal information we hold about them and request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, subject to lawful exceptions. We may require identity verification and may charge a reasonable fee where permitted, after providing advance notice.

14.4 Questions and Complaints

Questions or complaints about our Canadian privacy practices may be submitted to Marketing@vstled.com. We will investigate and respond in accordance with applicable law. You may also have the right to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or an applicable provincial privacy regulator.

15. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact Marketing@vstled.com so that we can take appropriate action. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age for targeted advertising purposes.

16. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party service before providing personal information.

17. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is not a uniform industry standard for interpreting these signals, the Site may not respond to traditional Do Not Track signals. We may respond to legally recognized privacy preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required and technically supported.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, technologies, Services, or legal obligations. The revised Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
