To protect your rights as a customer, we have established the following refund and exchange policy.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your items promptly upon delivery.
If you notice any of the following issues, please notify us in writing via email at V4lights@gmail.com within 30 days from the delivery date:

The product is defective due to faulty materials or manufacturing defects
If we do not receive notification within this period, the goods will be considered accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as when it was received

Tags must remain attached

Returned in the original packaging
You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that we cannot accept any return without an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return Shipping & Handling Fees
Non-Product Quality Issues
For returns due to reasons not related to product quality (such as personal preference, incorrect size selection, or color choice), the customer is responsible for:

Product Quality Issues
For returns caused by product quality problems (such as defective items, incorrect shipments, or damage during transit):

Return shipping will be fully covered by us

No handling fee will be charged
Color Differences
Please note that product colors may appear slightly different from images due to factors such as lighting conditions, color temperature, and display settings.
The actual product received should be considered the final standard. Thank you for your understanding.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item first.
Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Return processing typically takes 1–2 weeks.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
