Warranty Policy

V4light warrants that its Devices are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used in a home environment and operated according to the User Manual.

This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation, modification, or normal wear and tear. The warranty applies only to Devices purchased directly from V4light.

If you believe your Device is defective, please follow the Defect Complaint Return Procedure. Devices found to meet the warranty conditions will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

V4light makes no other warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products or services will meet your specific requirements or that they will operate without interruption, securely, or free of errors. We further make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of any related content or services.
